0. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This document outlines the official Refund and Cancellation Policy for the Suraksha Kranti mobile application and website (the "Platform"). This policy forms an integral part of the overarching Terms and Conditions (EULA) of Suraksha Kranti. By registering, subscribing, or making a payment on the Platform, you legally acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the specific terms stipulated herein.
All refunds are subject to stringent review and processing guidelines to prevent infrastructural loss and misuse of the Platform.
1. 1. BASIC SUBSCRIBER REFUND POLICY
1.1. Network Expansion Clause (Timeline): The primary strength of Suraksha Kranti is its user network. If the Platform fails to onboard the minimum necessary number of additional active members within a period of six (6) months from the date of your subscription, the principal amount paid by the Basic Subscriber will be refunded. Deduction: The applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Payment gateway fee component are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from the final settlement. 1.2. Unsuitable Credentials/Policy Mismatch: During the mandatory background and credential verification process, if a candidate's profile is found to be unsuitable or fails to meet the Company’s established safety and eligibility protocols, the application will be rejected, and a refund will be initiated. Deduction: The refund will strictly exclude the GST component, mandatory verification processing fee of ₹50 (Rupees Fifty only) and Payment Gateway Processing Fee. 1.3. Zero Tolerance for Falsified Information: In the event that a candidate intentionally or unintentionally provides false, forged, misleading, or incorrect information during registration, the application shall be summarily rejected. Penalty: In such cases of misrepresentation, NO REFUND (including GST and principal amount) shall be issued under any circumstances.
2. 2. PREMIUM SUBSCRIBER REFUND POLICY
2.1. Geographical Prerequisite (Command Centre Radius): Premium subscriptions entail advanced localized support. Payment for Premium Services will only be refunded if a Suraksha Kranti Command Centre is not operational within a 10-kilometer (10 km) radius from the User's registered primary location within 6 months from the date of Payment/Subscription activation. 2.2.Command Centre Unavailability or Closure: In the unforeseen event that the designated Command Centre is not established, or is permanently closed during the User's active subscription period (making it impossible to provide the promised localized support), the Premium subscription amount will be refunded to the User on a pro-rata basis (calculated based on the remaining unused duration of the subscription). Deduction: The pro-rata refund shall be processed after strictly deducting the non-refundable GST component, mandatory verification charge of ₹100 (Rupees One Hundred only) and Payment Gateway Processing fee. 2.3. Strict No-Cancellation Policy (User-Initiated): Suraksha Kranti heavily invests in establishing localized physical infrastructure, technology deployment, and manpower (Command Centre staff) based on active Premium Subscriptions. Therefore, any request for cancellation of a Premium subscription initiated by the User post-activation will NOT be entertained. Premium subscriptions are strictly non-refundable upon voluntary withdrawal by the User.
3. 3. STANDARD DEDUCTIONS AND PROCESSING TERMS
3.1. Universal Verification Deductions: If a refund is deemed applicable and is processed at any stage post the initiation of the verification process, a mandatory verification processing fee shall be unilaterally deducted from the final payout, in addition to the non-refundable GST component. The standard verification deductions are as follows:
· Basic Users: ₹50 (Rupees Fifty only)
· Premium Users: ₹100 (Rupees One Hundred only)
3.2. Refund Method & Timelines: All approved refunds will be credited exclusively to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) used at the time of the transaction. Please allow a standard processing time of 14 to 28 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account, subject to standard banking clearance cycles in India. Final Authority: Suraksha Kranti management reserves the absolute right to interpret this policy and make final determinations regarding refund eligibility.

यह दस्तावेज़ सुरक्षा क्रांति मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन और वेबसाइट ("प्लेटफ़ॉर्म")के लिए आधिकारिक रिफंड और रद्दीकरण नीतिको रेखांकित करता है। यह नीति सुरक्षाक्रांति के व्यापक नियमोंऔर शर्तों (EULA) का एक अभिन्नअंग है। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर पंजीकरण, सदस्यतालेने या भुगतान करनेसे, आप कानूनी रूपसे स्वीकार करते हैं और इसमें निर्धारितविशिष्ट शर्तों से बंधे होनेके लिए सहमत होते हैं।
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के ढांचागत नुकसान (infrastructural loss) औरदुरुपयोग को रोकने केलिए, सभी रिफंड सख्त समीक्षा और प्रसंस्करण दिशानिर्देशोंके अधीन हैं।
1. 1. बेसिकसब्सक्राइबर रिफंड नीति (BASIC SUBSCRIBER REFUND POLICY)
1.1. नेटवर्कविस्तार खंड (समय सीमा): सुरक्षा क्रांति की प्राथमिक ताकतइसका उपयोगकर्ता नेटवर्क है। यदि प्लेटफ़ॉर्म आपकी सदस्यता की तिथि सेछह (6) महीने की अवधि केभीतर आवश्यक न्यूनतम अतिरिक्त सक्रिय सदस्यों को जोड़ने मेंविफल रहता है, तो बेसिक सब्सक्राइबरद्वारा भुगतान की गई मूलराशि वापस कर दी जाएगी।कटौती (Deduction): लागूवस्तु एवं सेवा कर (GST) और पेमेंटगेटवे शुल्क राशि सख्ती से गैर-वापसीयोग्य (non-refundable) है और इसे अंतिमरिफंड से काट लियाजाएगा। 1.2. अनुपयुक्त क्रेडेंशियल / नीति बेमेल: अनिवार्य पृष्ठभूमि और दस्तावेज़ सत्यापनप्रक्रिया के दौरान, यदिकिसी उम्मीदवार की प्रोफ़ाइल अनुपयुक्तपाई जाती है या कंपनीके स्थापित सुरक्षा और पात्रता प्रोटोकॉलको पूरा करने में विफल रहती है, तो आवेदन अस्वीकारकर दिया जाएगा, और रिफंड कीप्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी। कटौती (Deduction): रिफंडमें जीएसटी (GST) राशि, ₹50 (पचास रुपये मात्र) का अनिवार्य सत्यापनप्रसंस्करण शुल्क और पेमेंट गेटवेप्रोसेसिंग शुल्क सख्ती से काट लियाजाएगा। 1.3. गलत जानकारी के लिए शून्य सहिष्णुता (Zero Tolerance): यदि कोई उम्मीदवार पंजीकरण के दौरान जानबूझकरया अनजाने में गलत, जाली, भ्रामक या अनुचित जानकारीप्रदान करता है, तो आवेदन कोतुरंत खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।जुर्माना: गलत बयानी के ऐसे मामलोंमें, किसी भी परिस्थिति मेंकोई रिफंड (जीएसटी और मूल राशिसहित) जारी नहीं किया जाएगा।
2. 2. प्रीमियमसब्सक्राइबर रिफंड नीति (PREMIUM SUBSCRIBER REFUND POLICY)
2.1. भौगोलिकआवश्यकता (कमांड सेंटर दायरा): प्रीमियम सदस्यता में उन्नत स्थानीयकृत सहायता (localized support)शामिल है। प्रीमियम सेवाओं के लिए भुगतानकेवल तभी वापस किया जाएगा (refunded) जब भुगतान/सदस्यतासक्रियण की तिथि से 6 महीने के भीतर उपयोगकर्ताके पंजीकृत प्राथमिक स्थान से 10 किलोमीटर (10 किमी) के दायरे मेंएक भी सुरक्षा क्रांति कमांड सेंटर चालू ना हो। 2.2. कमांड सेंटर की अनुपलब्धता या बंद होना: किसी अप्रत्याशित घटना में यदि निर्धारित कमांड सेंटर स्थापित नहीं होता है, या उपयोगकर्ता कीसक्रिय सदस्यता अवधि के दौरान स्थायीरूप से बंद होजाता है (जिससे सुरक्षा क्रांति का वादा कियागया स्थानीयकृत समर्थन प्रदान करना असंभव हो जाता है),तो प्रीमियम सदस्यता राशि उपयोगकर्ता को आनुपातिक आधार (pro-rata basis) पर (सदस्यता की शेष अप्रयुक्तअवधि के आधार परगणना करके) वापस कर दी जाएगी।कटौती (Deduction): आनुपातिकरिफंड को गैर-वापसीयोग्य जीएसटी (GST) राशि, ₹100 (एक सौ रुपयेमात्र) के अनिवार्य सत्यापनशुल्क और पेमेंट गेटवेप्रोसेसिंग शुल्क को सख्ती सेकाटने के बाद संसाधितकिया जाएगा। 2.3. सख्त गैर-रद्दीकरण नीति (उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा अनुरोधित): सुरक्षा क्रांति सक्रिय प्रीमियम सदस्यता के आधार परस्थानीयकृत भौतिक बुनियादी ढांचे, प्रौद्योगिकी और जनशक्ति (कमांडसेंटर स्टाफ) की स्थापना मेंभारी निवेश करती है। इसलिए, सक्रियण के बाद उपयोगकर्ताद्वारा प्रीमियम सदस्यता रद्द करने के किसी भीअनुरोध पर विचार नहींकिया जाएगा। उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा स्वेच्छा से वापस लेनेपर प्रीमियम सदस्यता सख्ती से गैर-वापसीयोग्य (non-refundable) है।
3. 3. मानककटौती और प्रसंस्करण शर्तें (STANDARD DEDUCTIONS AND PROCESSING TERMS)
3.1. सार्वभौमिकसत्यापन कटौती: यदि सत्यापन प्रक्रिया शुरू होने के बाद किसीभी स्तर पर रिफंड लागूमाना जाता है और संसाधितकिया जाता है, तो गैर-वापसीयोग्य जीएसटी (GST) राशि के अतिरिक्त, अंतिमभुगतान से एक अनिवार्यसत्यापन प्रसंस्करण शुल्क एकतरफा रूप से काट लियाजाएगा। मानक सत्यापन कटौती इस प्रकार है:
· बेसिकउपयोगकर्ता: ₹50 (पचास रुपये मात्र)
· प्रीमियमउपयोगकर्ता: ₹100 (एक सौ रुपयेमात्र)
3.2. रिफंड विधि और समय सीमा: सभी स्वीकृत रिफंड विशेष रूप से उसी मूलभुगतान मोड (क्रेडिट कार्ड, डेबिट कार्ड, यूपीआई, नेट बैंकिंग) में जमा किए जाएंगे जिसका उपयोग लेनदेन के समय कियागया था। भारत में मानक बैंकिंग क्लीयरेंस चक्रों के अधीन, आपकेबैंक खाते में जमा राशि को दर्शाने केलिए कृपया 14 से 28 कार्य दिवसों के मानक प्रसंस्करणसमय की प्रतीक्षा करें।
अंतिमअधिकार: सुरक्षा क्रांति प्रबंधन इस नीति कीव्याख्या करने और रिफंड पात्रताके संबंध में अंतिम निर्धारण करने का पूर्ण अधिकारसुरक्षित रखता है।
